Dr. Amar Ashraf trained in Internal Medicine from Nassau County Medical Center. He did Fellowship in infectious diseases from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Ashraf currently a faculty at Icahn school of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Assistant Professor of Medicine. He is an attending  physician of the Dept. of Medicine at Elmhurst Medical Center, Elmhurst, New York.


Dr. Ashraf received multiple awards and recognition for academic excellency including Stanley Wallace Award from American College of physician. He is Board Certified  in Internal Medicine and Infectious disease as well as certified HIV provider.
